Glow Resource Management

The diagnosis was the start. Now what?

Therapies, waitlists, IEPs, insurance letters, nobody hands you a map. Glow Resource Management is that map: one-on-one sessions with a navigator who knows the system and gets you through it.

What your navigator helps with

Therapies, demystified

ABA, speech, OT, feeding therapy, what each one does, which your child actually needs, and how to find providers with real availability near you.

School services that stick

IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations through the school district, what to request, how to word it, and what to do when the school says no.

Waitlists and workarounds

Where the shorter lists are, which programs have funding, and how to keep momentum while you wait for services.

A plan you can act on

You leave every session with specific next steps, names, numbers, and what to say, not a pile of pamphlets.

Resource Management questions, answered

Do we need to be Glow Pediatrics patients?

No, Glow Resource Management is open to any family navigating a new or existing diagnosis, wherever your child was evaluated.

Who runs the sessions?

Glow Pediatrics' resource navigation team, people who have guided hundreds of families through the exact system you're facing, under Dr. Eko's direction.

How many sessions will we need?

Many families get what they need from one or two focused sessions. Others book a session each time a new decision comes up, a new school year, a new therapy, a denied service.

Is this covered by insurance?

Resource Management sessions are cash pay (HSA/FSA accepted). It routinely saves families months of trial and error.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

One session can save your family months, book yours and get a plan this week.
