Nutrition evaluation questions, answered

What do we need to do before the visit?

You complete a short nutrition questionnaire and keep a three-day food log of everything your child eats and drinks. That log is what makes the review specific to your child rather than general advice.

Who is the nutrition evaluation for?

Families of children with autism or ADHD, chronic eczema, allergies and asthma, or a child with no diagnosis, who are worried about picky eating, restricted eating, digestive concerns, or mealtime battles, and who want a realistic plan rather than more pressure at the table.

Is this a medical visit?

No. This service provides nutrition and feeding support. It does not replace medical care, laboratory testing, or a medical diagnosis. If you need those, start with an autism and ADHD evaluation or a Clarity Session.

How do we pay?

The nutrition evaluation is self-pay. HSA/FSA funds are accepted, and Cherry financing is available. You see the fee when you book.

Mealtimes can get easier.

Request the nutrition evaluation and start with a food log, not a fight at the table.
